I checked the size chart before ordering, but the ring still didn’t fit at all?? Not sure how the sizing is supposed to work, but it definitely wasn’t accurate for me

The jewelry is definitely cute, and the website was easy to get around, so no complaints there. But for what I paid, I expected it to feel a little more special. It’s not bad at all, just kind of expensive for what you actually get. Also, when I had a small question, the response felt like one of those canned apology messages, which is always a little annoying. I might order again, but probably only if there’s a decent sale

I tried to exchange my order, but it just didn’t work out. Support wasn’t much help either, and I felt like I was going in circles. the whole return process was more frustrating than...

I had to follow up a couple of times just to get a simple answer, which was frustrating. When they finally got back to me, the reply felt rushed and didn’t really solve anything. I mean, it wasn’t the end of the world, but for what they charge, I expected a lot better. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but yeah, overall it left a bad impression.

I might just be picky, but I wasn’t really into the overall look of the site. It felt a bit too busy to me, and I found it kind of hard to just relax and browse around.

I had a decent experience shopping on sydneyevan.com. The site itself is nice to browse, the photos are clear, and I didn’t have trouble finding styles I liked. That said, checkout was a little slower than I expected, and I wish the shipping details were more upfront. My order did go through fine in the end, so it wasn’t a major issue. If you’re ordering, I’d just suggest double-checking the shipping info before you finish checkout so there are no surprises

I was expecting the packaging to feel a little more premium for the price. When it arrived, it looked really plain and kind of cheap, definitely not something I’d feel good giving as a gift. The box had a few marks on it, and the inside looked messy instead of thoughtfully put together. The item itself might be totally fine, but the way it was presented made the whole order feel rushed and low effort.
